To take advantage of the digital design possibilities and succeed in the fast-paced competition for innovative developments and their added value, the Dresdner Smart Systems Hub relies on a closely networked cooperation of all involved actors. One of the actors of the first hour is the professorship for Technical Information Systems. She is involved in the Smart Systems Hub in order to talk to external stakeholders.
On 07.12.2017 an automatic system design for the domain of room automation (Smart Building, Smart Home) was presented to representatives of the IHK Chemnitz during an event of the Dresdner Smart Systems Hub. A service chain was discussed, which makes it possible for the planners, manufacturers, system integrators and operators involved in the planning, construction and operation of room automation systems to receive the greatest possible level of automated support.
